- Born in Newfoundland in 1979, Cedar Sky has nurtured an early interest in painting, and a great love of nature. While studying at both NSCAD and the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design, Cedar focused on mastering the drawing skills essential to painting in the realist tradition, and goldsmithing.
